Formal Wear: Prom dresses,Cocktail dresses,Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses

Clothing: Casual sweaters, blouses, pants, skirts, shorts, jeans, capris.

Business Wear: Dress suits, pant suits, blazers, jackets, skirts

Outerwear: Coats, jackets, hats, scarves

Accessories: Gently loved and new handbags, (designer bags must be authentic to sell as such),
shoes, sandals, boots, belts, scarves

Jewelry & More: Designer inspired jewelry, costume jewelry, sterling silver, gold jewlery,watches
bracelets, rings, pendants, earrings

Baby Furniture: Car seats in date, swings, cribs, bouncey seats, walkers, back paks, high chairs, bath tubs etc.

Childrens Clothing Infants - Teens: Dresses,sleepers,ensembles,costumes, pants
shirts, sweaters, coats, hats etc.

Organic Clothing: Any cothing that is 100% Certified Organic for any size.

What Is Not Acceptable....
Uncleaned, unpressed, or stained clothing.  We do not dry clean, press or steam.
Dated Items over three years old
Bridal Gowns

Car seats out of date

Clothes in a bag. All items must be on hangers. We have our own hangers and can return yours back to you.

Clothes smelling like smoke or mildew.

 
Where to Begin...

Call for your appointment: Fashion Dash-in Days are : Tues. Wed. & Sat

during store hours. Appointments also available.

Getting Started: Come into the store - 800 Turnpike Rd, NeWest Mall,  New Ipswich, NH 03071.

Clothing Should Be Seasonally:  Appropriate, current styles
(not older than 3 years) cleaned, ironed, flawless condition on
hangers. Your hangers can be returned to you

Seasonal Merchandise: Fall/Winter - accepting beginning Aug 30. Back to School clothing July 15th.
Spring/Summer - accepting begininng March 1.

Terms of Agreement: You will accept up to 15 items
per appointment. You may want to bring in several more to be
assured of having 15 that will be accepted for consignment.
You will be asked to review and sign our consignment
agreeement, and you will be given a copy for your records.
A computerized item List report will be emailed to you or you
may pick it up during store hours anytime if you do not have
an email.

Pricing:
We set our prices based on the following criteria: label condition,age and demand. Our goal is to get the best possible price for your clothing.
We reserve the right to markdown prices without consulting the consignor.
Our split is 40/60, 40% to the consignor.
Items without labels are hard to sell and pricing is our discretion although expections can be made.

Payment:
Checks are ready for pick-up in the store by the 5th of each month. Each check issued must be for a minimum of $10.00. Should we need to mail your check, your account will be charged $3.00 per mailing.

Responsibility of Merchandise:
Expired items are donated as a default. Should you desire to pick up your expires items, the responsibility will be yours to come the day the items expire. You can find this date on your item list sent to you via email or through the mail. Please do not ask us to HOLD expired items as we do not have the space to do so. If you fail to pick up your items by the expiration date,  they may be donated immediately to make space for new consignment. All expired items become property of COTTB. We pedge to you that we will do our best to guard your items but can not be responsible for damage or loss.

Your Account: Your items will be entered into our own computerized system with your own account number and placed on the sales floor for 60 days. An automatic 20% mark down will occur at 30 days. Any items not sold after 60 days become the sole property of Consign of the Times Boutique. These items are donated to local charities or may be clearanced out at the discretion of Consign of the Times Boutique. We will price your items at approximately 1/2 to 1/3 of their original retail price. There will be regular sales, special sales events, coupons and promotions to help sell your items. You will receive 40% of the sale of your items. You may pick up your check up during store hours each month by the 5th. You may bring items in by appointment or on our Fashion Dash-in days, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Saturdays. CLOSED Sunday and Mondays.

We reserve the right to refuse any items because of style, condition or supply and demand. Please keep in mind that we are unable to look through items that are not properly prepared.
